Vincent R. FitzPatrick III
Vincent R. FitzPatrick III (Dinny) is a seasoned corporate lawyer with more than two decades of legal experience as in-house counsel and as an associate in a premier international law firm based in New York City.
Mr. FitzPatrick began his career as a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher. After graduating from law school, he served as a law clerk for United States District Judge Katharine S. Hayden in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
His practice involves a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters, with a focus on helping companies in highly regulated industries successfully navigate complex legal and business landscapes.
Mr. FitzPatrick regularly advises on issues relating to securities regulation, advertising, and the development and implementation of corporate compliance programs, as well as general corporate matters.
